545 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 545 platform. Continued use of any part of this platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 545 platform via https://545.wine or its associated mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally valid and enforceable agreement between you as the user and 545 as the platform operator.

These terms apply to all platform users without exception, including visitors, registered members, and any party accessing the content or services provided. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

545 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have been made.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

To access the full range of services on the 545 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete as required by the registration form. You also agree to keep this information up to date whenever any changes occur.

Basic eligibility requirements for registration are as follows:

  • At least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
  • Not subject to any legal restrictions or regulations in your jurisdiction that prohibit the use of online betting services.
  • Never previously suspended or banned from the 545 platform for a terms violation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gains unauthorised access. Please contact 545 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 545 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to access or interact with the platform in order to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to hack, crack, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or technical infrastructure.
  • Creating more than one account per individual without prior written approval from 545.
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
  • Transferring or selling your account to a third party without written authorisation.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.

545 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 545 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, Maybank2u, and approved e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and will be displayed during the transaction process.

Withdrawals from your account are subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must have completed the full identity verification process before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same account holder's name.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed during the withdrawal request process.
  • Any bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to specific wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

545 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This is a standard safeguard to protect the security of all platform users' transactions.

Important Payment Notice

545 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. Any disputed transactions must be reported to the support team within 14 days from the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 545 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if 545 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

545's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your 545 account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to that claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

545 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that may endanger other users or the security of the platform. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 545 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 545 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any such content without the express written permission of 545.

Third-Party Links

The 545 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. These links are provided for user convenience only. 545 has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, and makes no representations regarding them.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Use of the 545 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a user and 545 shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days from the date the dispute is reported in writing, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration under mutually agreed terms.
